       Mardi Krenek, co-founder of Krenek Consulting, LLC has enjoyed a diverse career.  Her fields of expertise include education, total quality systems, organizational assessments, and customer service.  Throughout her career, Mardi's primary focus has been to assist organizations in building capacity in continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational goals.  She has been instrumental in assessing, training, and supporting organizations across the globe.

William Troy Krenek

      Bill Krenek has three decades of quality and organizational change experience.  He is a noted leader, conference speaker, and trainer in the areas of benchmarking, customer satisfaction, quality systems, team building, and organizational change.  Prior to co-founding Krenek Consulting, LLC he held senior leadership roles at Texaco, Compaq Computer Corporation, Hewlett Packard, and Bank of America.  His work has supported a diverse group of organizations in their pursuit of excellence.
